Easy & Great for Beginners
I made napkin rings to coordinate with my Christmas napkins. They were pretty easy to make. I cut about 5-3/4" pieces of 1"-elastic. My fabric was a cotton plaid with mylar accents. Very tinsely-Christmasy looking. I cut pieces 2-3/4" wide by about 16" long. This gave me 1/4" seam allowance wi
