Misses' Skirts & Tops
Sizes: XS - S - M - L - XL
|
The Misses' Skirt & Tops are designed for soft lightweight woven
fabrics. We suggest cottons, silk, crepe, challis, gauze or lace.
The Misses' pullover tops have a scoop neckline finished with a bias
cut binding, it gathers under the bust and the lower front is cut on the
bias. View A has a slit on the bodice at the center front seam,
and the gathered sleeves have shirring with elastic. View B has
short gathered sleeves with elastic in casing at the bottom edges.
The pull-on bias cut skirt has elastic in casing at the waist, and two
ruffles at the bottom edge.

Ah, the saga that became this skirt! I'll start with the disclaimer that this skirt is loosely based on KS 3062, for reasons you'll see below. I don't think this skirt would be such a thrash for anyone who just makes the skirt according to the pattern instructions.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
This is a pull on bias cut skirt with an elastic waist band and a double row of ruffles at the bottom.
Pattern Sizing:
XS to XL. I made the small.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
