Vogue Patterns 1219 misses dress
Below mid-knee dress has stand-up collar, extended shoulders, mock wrap bodice with blousing, drop waist, pleated, flared skirt with side seam pockets, back zipper and wide, stitched hem, bodice front is cut on bias, skirt is cut crosswise.

Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
