Recommend, with Modifications
I actually am not sure what the fabric is--I bought it about 5 years ago in the SF Bay Area. I think it is acetate. I liked the drape and color and as I remember it was really cheap.
This was my first successful garment from Burda Style Mag. (I had no success with a knit top from the same issue.)
