Pattern Description:
Miss Dress: Skirt front and blouse has gathers. Blouse joins to skirt below waistline in front. Three-quarter or short sleeves may be used. Short sleeves are gathered at upper edge and lapped over front section. I chose to sew the short sleeves version.
