Easy & Great for Beginners
I used a similar styled commercial pattern to make valances for my living room a couple of months ago. I decided to adapt the idea to make this cute valance for my kids' under-the-sea themed bathroom. I used the scalloped ruler in the picture to create the shaped hem.
