Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
This is a simple elastic waist skirt, cut on the bias. I made view B, which is knee length.
Pattern Sizing:
I made the size based on the finished garment measurement, which was a size or two smaller than the size recommended by the pattern sizing line.

Easy & Great for Beginners
This Simplicity pattern is for flare skirts made in 2 hours. I made it in size 20 but it ranges from 14-20.
It really does look like the pattern envelop though you can't tell it from my picture and it was very easy to make (EASY)
