Highly Recommend
I've made this dress three times. The first two times I did not make any adjustments. But I didn't like the knots in the front. We live in a cool climate and sometimes my daughter wears a t-shirt under the dress, in which case I had to adjust the straps. It was a real pain in the butt.

Pattern Sizing: I used a size 3, my daughter currently wears a 3t. Children patterns have more growing room than retail dresses. Run bigger.
