Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Ruffle pants in 4 options: single, double or triple ruffle pants or single ruffle capris.
Pattern Sizing:6 month to 8 years. I made size 5 for my 4 year old granddaughter. I wish I had made them a little longer, but she lives out of town, and I couldn't try them on.
