Recommend, with Modifications
Update Feb 2010: I made another version of this top. (Main photo) This time using a cotton/poly/lycra jersey from Spotlight. My only additional alteration was to lower the neckline 1/2" as I found the previous version a little high.

Pattern Sizing:6-26 I cut an 18 in the neck, shoulders, tapering out to a 22 at the bust and down.
