I threw this together as a weekend work shirt-slash-muslin, so please overlook my terrible mismatching plaids!
Pattern Description: Tailored fitting shirt – great in crisp white. Over jeans or wear to office.
The back waist is 26.25" for size 8.

SECOND VERSION
My second attempt at this shirt. The first version seemed disappointing; it fits but is tight. The sleeves were almost too tight to roll up, a big no-no for me as I often roll my shirt sleeves up to the elbow.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern description:
Fitted shirt with two-piece yoke, collar on a band, front and back vertical darts, sleeve pleated into a placket, and shaped side seams.
Pattern sizing:
Sizes 6 to 24 (Australian RTW); one size per tissue.

Pattern Description
On the Style Arc site this is described as: Tailored fitting shirt – great in crisp white. Over jeans or wear to office.
To me the Jenny blouse is a classic blouse with darts in front and back, collar with stand and cuffs with a sleeve placket.
