This skirt was inspired by a skirt that I saw on the blog Already Pretty. That's why I called it the AP skirt. I looked at a lot of different ruffle skirt tutorials and put together ideas from several. The base fabric is light pink cotton lycra. The layers are from two different pink knit fabric
