Butterick 5700 Misses' Top and Dress
Very loose fitting top or below mid knee dress has neck band, gathers, button closure, applied casing with drawstring and stitched hems. Long sleeves are worn rolled up and secured with buttons (wrong side of fabric will show). B: side pockets.
