Pattern Description:
Semi-fitted cardigan has mock front bands, back neck band, bias upper section, and narrow hem. A and B: bias lower fronts.

I'm calling this a cardigan, but Vogue calls it a "vest, cardigan and jacket pattern," I'm assuming for the choices of sleeveless, elbow-length and full-length sleeves. Semi-fitted with mock front bands and bias-cut design. No closures.

Recommend, with Modifications
There is an ERROR on the tissue. At the bottom of the front band it shows a cutting line for view B. Do not cut there, use the full length of the piece. Check if making another view.

Normally I would sew a medium, but due to fabric shortages and attempting to match stripes I went with the small which turned out to be fine.
