Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Strip work dress, bloomers and hat. I made the hat.
Pattern Sizing: Hat pattern comes in 3 sizes. I made the medium (2/3). It is a little big on my 2-1/2 year old with fluffy hair, so I would say this pattern runs a bit big.
