Butterick 5784 Misses Dress
Pullover top and dress have narrow hem. Option A is loose-fitting (semi-fitted through hips), front and back extend into tie ends. Option B is semi-fitted (fitted through hips), front pleated left shoulder, shoulder strap, and upper right front. Option C: knot and right side slit.

Recommend, with Modifications
I don't have time to take pictures, but since this hasn't been reviewed, I thought I should at least get this out there. The pattern itself is fine, the design just needed a little tweak.
