Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Circle skirt, all pre printed in two halves. All you have to do is cut them out, work out your waist size, and cut the waist to correspond, attach a waist band and zipper and away you go! this is a design (so the shop where I bought it told me) by Paul Smith from a sample bolt
