Pattern Sizing:
It seems if you google the Lekala 5244 and hit "translate this page" it shows that they make the pattern to your measurements. This pattern was gifted to me so I can not say for sure!

Pattern Sizing:
I downloaded it as a 44/46 Burda equivilent. I believe that they are still available in all sizes.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing
