Great Wardrobe Builder
Pattern Sizing: 18m/2T - 11/12. I made the smallest size for my 2 year old. It is a good thing I added the ruffle or these would have been very short on her. With the ruffle, they are the perfect length. They are a bit baggy everywhere above the calves.
