Vogue Patterns 1324 Misses' Blouse And Skirt
Loose-fitting, pullover blouse has tucked front extending into back pleated collar, upper back with pleat/inseam slit, lower band (cut on crosswise grain of fabric), two-piece, bias, pleated sleeves (slit) and cuffs. Semi-fitted, lined, tapered skirt has raised waist with band, side panels, no side seams, invisible back zipper, and vent. Seams and darts have topstitching and edgestitching.

There is a lot to like for me about this one...raglan sleeves, fitted waist, no zipper, nice long sleeves. I gave it a go in a 14, my usual size using a discount matte poly knit that drapes and sews nicely but is a horrid mid toned brown. This was a test garment.

Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description: The pattern envelope says "Semi-fitted, lined, tapered skirt has raised waist with band, side panels, no side seams, invisible back zipper, and vent. Seams and darts have topstitching and edgestitching." In my world, this is a very close-fitting, tapered skirt.
