Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Sweet sleeveless dress pattern features a curved neckband and ruffled front, a voluminous skirt with side pockets and a band which ties at the waist.
Pattern Sizing: 34 to 46 I made a 34 for my daughter eased out to a 36 at the waist only.
