McCall's 6638 Children's/Girls' Dresses
Dress has lined bodice, gathered or tiered skirt, ruffles and back zipper. B: tie ends. A and B: flowers and leaves. A, C and D: elasticized sleeves with gathered cap, purchased bias tape for casing, and ribbon sash A. C and D: dropped waist bodice. D: bias bodice, sleeves, lower tier, and button trim. Wrong side shows on ruffles with very narrow hem.

Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
To be fair, I used this pattern in View A, size 8 mainly to get the shape of the dress I wanted for the Halloween costume. In the end I didn't want it to look like the dress on the envelope so I wasn't disappointed when it didn't. I did some different things with it and used un-fun fabric.
