McCall's 6649 Misses' Blouses
Loose-fitting blouses have front button band, self-lined yoke back, shaped hemline, and long sleeves with pleats, continuous lap and button cuffs. Narrow hem. A: Sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows), button tab, and bias bands. C: Pockets with fold-back flaps. A,B,C: Collar bands (bias A). D: Collar extends into drape. A,D: Bias yoke back. B ruffles and D drape (wrong side shows), very narrow hem. A/B,C,D cup sizes.
