Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: This flared skirt does not have a waistband. Suggested fabric: vicuna, tartan, tweed, or crepe. Approximate fabric required 0.8 meters (1.4 wide)
It is about 26" long and has 2" of ease drafted for the waist. Waistband facing pieces are included.
