Recommend, with Modifications
i liked the dress but it took some figuring out when i wanted to sew the yoke onto the rest of the garment. i am not an experienced sewer and i thought the instructions could have been a lot more detailed. it skipped a lot of steps!

Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description:
Toddler dress with or without sleeves, gathered to a yoke collar. Bloomers and hat. I made view B (sleeveless dress).
Pattern Sizing:
1/2 - 4. I made a size 4.
