Recommend, with Modifications Pattern Description:
This is a vintage simplicity pattern. There is no date on the envelope, but I'm guessing mid-1950s.
Pattern Sizing:
This was a half size, 18 1/2. I did some modifications to make it work.

Highly Recommend I made this baby dress and pinafore combo for the infant daughter of a good friend. The fabrics were coordinating cottons from Joann's quilting department. The finished garments looked like the pattern, and they were both easy and enjoyable to sew. I don't sew children's clothes often, but enjoy more... |
