Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me

Pattern Description:
None on pattern envelope. My description -- Very full sleeveless tunic or dress, with optional strap flounce, with front gathers or pintucks. Contrast front and back bands and shoulder straps if you like.

Highly Recommend
This pattern is marked "easy" and it was, with a minor modification to the straps.
This tunic (it also includes the option to make it into a dress or add fluttery little sleeves) is definitely roomy, but not too bad, and can be worn with or without the tie belt. Since there's no zipper involved, yo
