Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, but much too big

Recommend, with Modifications
I've made this one twice, once in satin and once in chiffon, lined, for a Theda Bara Halloween costume. It goes together very easily and looks lovely, very like the photo, but the bodice is HUGE and doesn't actually hold you in at all. If you look at the photo on the pattern you can see it doesn't
