Highly Recommend
Note pattern has been really modified. only the pattern front and back bodice was used.
I added 3/4 sleeves from another regular pattern and cut the skirt from 5 rectangular panel pieces. (still using the same length required.)

Would NOT Recommend
I am actually pretty angry about everything related to this pattern, and I plan on calling New Look and complaining about it.
First, please note that the instructions for attaching the little sleeve caps are INCORRECT.

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Toddler girl's dress with gathered skirt and cap sleeves. Dress is fully lined with back zipper. I made this dress for my niece's 3 years old birthday which coincides with the UK's Jubilee holiday.
