Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Basic shell blouse
Pattern Sizing:
The first one I made was a size 18. Deffinately too small. I do not fit the pattern right out of the envelope as some do . I required alterations. My second attempt was a size 20. Not better, but larger. I did lengthen it 3 inches at the hem.
