Highly Recommend
Pattern Description:
A bias cut skirt with two length options and an elastic waistband.
Pattern Sizing:
I used a size 14. I am sorry the photo is so dark. I forgot to turn the flash feature on my camera, and it was 6am in the moring while I was getting ready for work when I took the picture.
