Great Wardrobe Builder
Update: My cousin says this fits her daughter great (she is about 16 mos), so I would say the the sizing on this pattern is fairly accurate.
Pattern Description:
Comfortable bibbed trousers/pants for tiny tots

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
