| These nightgowns are designed for lightweight woven
fabrics such as batiste, broadcloth, silk or silk like
fabrics. The nightgowns have a front tab closure. The
gown is gathered to the front and back yokes. The
neckline and armholes are finished with narrow lace and
self fabric binding. View A has a ruffle at the bottom
edge. View B is finished with lace at the bottom edge.

Recommend, with Modifications
I modified this pattern so that it would button all the way down the front in order to use it as a summer "robe". Upon a trial-run, I found that the armholes were much too big so I modified those. I love the way it turned out and have made over a dozen with different embellishments on the yoke. The
