Pattern Description: MISSES'/WOMEN'S SHIRTS: Loose fitting, front and back darts and front band. A: Epaulets, loops, pockets with stitched pleat and flaps. B: Pockets and flaps. C: Pockets with inverted pleat and flaps. B, C, D: Collar, collar band and pleated two piece sleeve. Misses - A/B, C, D and Women's - C/D, DD, DDD Cup Sizes.
Designed for lightweight woven fabrics.
SUGGESTED FABRICS: A,B,C,D: Crepe De Chine, Challis, Charmeuse. Also D: Lace.

Pattern Sizing:Combinations: B5(8-10-12-14-16), RR(18W-20W-22W-24W)

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes it did. I made view D

Were the instructions easy to follow? they were I guess, but as a beginner i had to read them twice in some cases.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? nothing much to dislike, but it comes out a bit large. next time I'll make it a size smaller.

Fabric Used: lt. wt. cotton

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I had to shorten the length of the shirt and sleeves, being a petite person. I also had to elongate the darts in the back to better shape the shirt.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? yes and yes

Conclusion: overall a great pattern now that I know what modifications to make.

hi Freya, i will post a pic with me wearing it and that will explain more.. I think it is true to the cup sizes, but it is still large. So if I make a size smaller, with the same cup size it will fit better, hopefully.

This pattern has different cup sizes. Does your shirt fit as it ought in the bust; ie is it true to size in that respect?

That turned out great, and as a beginner, you were brave to use a plaid! Good work!
