I like your outfit! Looks very comfy and is flattering. I have a few patterns that I use a lot from years gone by. One is a favorite top pattern that has cut-on cap sleeve that I can get from less than a yard of fabric, quick to sew, needs no closure. It's a favorite for a top to wear under jackets. I figure that pattern may be 20 years old too!

The jacket in the pattern drawing gives it away as being 80's, but your outfit looks very current. Great colors, also.
