Pattern Description: Dolman Top. I made the short sleeve version because I only had a yard of fabric. Sorry for the sideways pics...I still don't know why that happens. For more ramblings and right way up pics, Click Here

Pattern Sizing: My bust is about 34" and my hips are about 38"ish. I made the S at the bust, going out to a T for the hips.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, in fact, it's almost identical to the blue one on the pattern cover.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes. This pattern uses my favorite Jalie method of binding the neckline. You sew the binding on right side to wrong side, then flip to the outside of the shirt, turn under the end and top stitch.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked the simplicity. For this version , it was only two pieces. I also like the dropped hem in the back.

Fabric Used: This is a gorgeous knit from needle nook fabric. It has four way stretch and it's perfect for nice, comfy, stretchy t-shirts. I also have it in pink, purple, yellow and I made up another Jalie here in it.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I lengthened the body of the shirt by an inch.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Absolutely. This is a great pattern.

Conclusion: Like most a Jalies, it's LOVE at first sew!
