Pattern Description:
Cowl neck top with three quarter length sleeves. Sleeves and body of top both have bands on them.

Pattern Sizing:
Lekala will send you a .pdf pattern in your correct sizing.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, and I am very pleased with it. I did think it might have had more ease in it so I am happy it wasn't looser. It just fits like it was made for me!

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Instructions were very easy to follow. Unfortunately my serger is 'missing in action' so sewed it all with my sewing machine.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I liked the cowl neck on it, it meant that the top wouldn't be trying to choke me all the time when I wore it.

Fabric Used:
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I made it as is, and I am happy with the top (it feels great to wear) Any longer and it would have fallen across the widest part of my hip. Any wider and it would have been too loose. I did use a straight stitch as the material was a bit slippery to sew. I also did the stitch in the ditch afterwards to hold the seams where I wanted them on every seam.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will end up sewing this again - the trouble now will be not to sew too many of them as it was a very easy top to make.
If you are looking for a great little top that you can throw on for those in between days of autumn and spring, this would be the one I would choose. It's comfortable and flattering.

Excellent fabric drape, color, fit, and style. You look gorgeous wearing that blouse. I hope you can create many outfits and wear it often. I appreciate your tips on sewing the slippery fabric. Your description of the instructions and the sizing has me eager to try a Lekala pattern.
