Oh hey - sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do just to get a project done and over with - especially when it crosses over to "more aggravating than it's worth." Your review reminded me too of something that seems to be a problem with some Big 4 children's patterns - sometimes the instructions cheap out and they really don't give you the best methods for doing things. Good review!

Well they turned out cute! I like that you did use a knit for the overalls--nice and soft for baby's skin. For the record, I never use snap tape. It is expensive, bulky and I find it hard to sew. I always would end up really having to mess with the tension on my machine to get it to work, since babies outfits are frequently lightweight materials. I usually use snaps from snap source, but even then, I have to admit that I started sewing up the crotch once my dd was old enough to stand and step into the pants! I just can't wait until ds is old enough to do the same! Thanks for the review.
