Your top turned out really nice. Glad you were able to resolve the neckline issue. I made this top and ran into the same problem. Fortunately, I made it out of a cheap knit for the first try. For the next top, I altered the neckline by tracing a smaller size and adding about 3/8" on the neckline at the shoulders. That turned out well and I really enjoy the top.

You worked out a lot of details with this muslin and thanks for sharing. I have this view cut out and will refer to your review. I agree totally about sewing the sleeves in flat and stitching the side and sleeve in one swoop!
