Robin, this looks like a nice pattern. I'm glad it worked out so well for you and that you're all set for next summer's shorts sewing. What effect do you get when you put wooly nylon in the bobbin?

Between the interfacing and the wooly nylon I get a nice, flat double needle hem that builds in a slight stretch. And I don't get puckering on the hems. I hand wind the wooly nylon on the bobbin.

Thanks for the review. I use a lot of Kwik Sew patterns, and have stuck to the larger misses sizes. I was afraid the Plus sizes would be too large in the shoulders and upper chest, although I like the styles. Now that I have seen some reviews, I think that these could work for me too.

Mini, these patterns are well worth a try. I had made up the panties in the plus sizes, and they fit like a dream. I now want to try a woven top with a vee neckline--it would be a great basic for me, as well. And, elongated, you could use it for the top for a salwar kameez outfit.
