How about you split the sideseams so you have slits part way up and hence it fits at the bottom.... It might salvage a pretty-everywhere-else top

Bias is tough to fit...it looks like you could scoop the back at the side seams at the waist a bit. It looks pretty and cool thougn, something I'm appreciating on this day when I'm sweating bullets in a knit.

I think I will try to salvage this top once I get MyTwin up & running (up & standing?)...I hate to waste the fabric, both the linen blend and the batiste press like a dream. Case in point - can you tell that this garment had previously been thrown on the floor, stomped on, cursed at? Many thanks for the advice and encouragement! Nancy

I too have a swayback. One of Sandra Betzina's tips is to cut in about 1/2 inch above the waist area in the back. I would suggesting scooping out 1/4 to 1/2 in that back waist area and then restitch since you have a back seam. This will take out some of the fullness. I have done this a few times and it works well. When you cut in at that back waist area it will look like a reviersed c. Best way to describe this here for me.

Nancy, I like this simple shirt, dittoing your thoughs on no facings! Agreeing witht the reverse C-concept on the back, but I've also done a swayback tuck above my waistline because of my short waist. It seemed to help with my "puffy" back on some of my shirts. Fitting twin, we have similar issues LOL! Can't wait for you to get that the MyTwin dressform.
