I made several too, and found it very easy. I embellished the seam that goes up each arm (which shows at the front) and around the neck with Fun Fur Yarn couched down.

I just whipped out two of these - - one to send off for Katrina survivors and one for me. It's really cute and looks so different in different fabrics and different sizing variations.
