Wow! Your twist top is beautiful. You did a great job! Love the fabric you chose. In response to your back neckline meeting the front...before you sew the shoulder seams, make sure the outer edges of the shoulders match/line up. The inner edges of the back piece (towards the neckline) should extend out slightly to allow you to wrap around. Should be able to stitch the shoulder and the wrapped inner edge in one seam. Great review.

I had the same problem with the necklines not meeting, is it a problem with drafting? I never had the problem with Jalie. so, I just stretched the backneckline a bit so that there is some fabric left over to fold and turn. Hope this makes sense. Love your top! Looks like people prefer this in solids. Am I the only one who made this in a print?

Your top is very RTW in a lovely color. I wish my Hancocks would finally get their new patterns, I feel like I'm stalking them. Deepika, I'm still having trouble with the checkout button so I can't buy the pattern from PR. I have a pretty print just waiting for the pattern.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Also thanks for the tips on how to fix the back neckline stitching...I will try it out again soon. Deepika, I actually have a few prints in mind for this top...this was made to match a pantsuit that I wanted to wear to church today. Dr. Sue, I agree the snug fit does look good on certain bodies, but I'm working with a little fluff right now. :o) Definitely not the fault of the pattern, haha.

Levone, It looks great!I wish I only had fluff!I wanted to move the V-Point up, but you need the draw across the bust..So, I guess I will dye a lace insert to match my fabric.Perhaps it will look like it was planned. Your review is very helpful!

Your watermellon rayon knit top is smashing. I ordered this pattern from Deepika and want to make it up in some rayon knit like yours, also from Wazoodle. Will refer to your helpful review and the comments when I do.

Great new blouse, Levone! We'll have to meet up sometime and wear our matching twist tops. :-) I remember that fabric has tons of stretch and not the best recovery--you probably could have used the smaller size with it. The other knit with good recovery would have likely been perfect in a medium. I still think that great petunia pink is *smokin'* on you!
