Eva, I didn't even realize it said bootcut - no - I would not consider these to be bootcut! And they do run loose I cut a 5 for her (she is 7 yo) and I could have used a woven instead of the "knit only" as they were very loose! Sorry about Adam jumping in the picture (He is such a camera hog!!)

Very cute, both of the garments (and of course girls too!!). Cute pattern also... how did you find the pants? It sayd "bootcut" in the patterndescription, but they look more straightlegged in your pic... and Buttericks always seem to run "less fitted" for me, so I'm curious. I'd like to pick this one up if they are indeed bootcut, seems like a basic, "good-to-have-in-your-stash" type pattern! :-)
