You should make a pattern for this & create a small store selling it. Great idea. Love your "straight jacket" description.

I had a jacket like this when my kids were little --- but the zipper was inserted upside down.....the top opening of the zipper was at the hem edge. It was a great design even for little tiny babies since it was so easy to put on, open the jacket, line up the face in the hood opening and pull the arms through the sleeves, flip the kid over and zip them down. The hem is wide open when you are trying to wiggle those spaghetti arms into the jacket.

The Nudie Girl Stage (aka Streaking Baby) finds its nemesis. Too cute.

Oh, and love the name your DH came up with too. Too funny!

Cool idea!! And great job on figuring it all out. I'm sure your friends will love it because trying to wrestle a toddler into a jacket when they don't want to be wearing it requires more than graduate school!! :)
