Yvonski - My pre-preg measurements put me in a Kwik Sew Large (hip 43")and the Large was just right for me at 6 months along, maybe even a little roomy. I made the XL for those last weeks of being pregnant - the pants were too big for me (I had to pull them up a lot!) but that's how I'm most comfy then :) So I'd say the pattern runs just right to a little large, depending on how tight a person likes their clothes.

I found your review very helpful. But I am confused about which size to sew. In your photo, you look a lot less than XL size.

Isn't it wonderful that you can create something to wear that is so comfortable. Very nice.
