Nancy, I'm lazy so when I use Christine's c/l I don't steam shrink with the iron...I just toss in the washer and dryer and let it do the work for me. I have wrist problems as it is so I'd just as soon not use the steam method (and I have the CJ recommended Sussman Pressmaster iron which gets heavy fast).
