Unfortunately, your pics show up a little dark on my computer. I'm glad this top worked for you. I made this one a couple of months ago that ended up a wadder.

Glad you were able to make it work. I also tried to make this top and found several problems...it's on my redo list.

Cute top. I like the 2nd tie in the back. One of the things to keep in mind: if you don't see a mistake from 5 feet away, then no one else will see it! (In fact, most people won't notice even if you DO see it from 5' away.) Sounds like fun dyeing it.

Good job - interesting work with the dye. Don't be too hard on yourself - a lot of sewers are perfectionist but in truth and fact very few people would notice any of the little boo boos we make from time to time.

Cute top! I did not know you could use acrylic paint as a dye -- very creative.

I see you decieded on the halter instead of an apron for your next project. Congrats it turned out very well. Don't stress too much about the little mistakes. I'm 30 and a new sewer .. I bungled my first attempt at a shirt too.. You recovered well!
