Karen--You did a great job on these pants. And your model is SOOO CUTE!! I agree with your review. I've made this top and pants, too. I love it. Very easy and very comfortable. I made two tops for my mother and the pants, too. I agree that the pattern is sized a bit larger than you expect for the pants, anyway. I think the top was pretty true to size. I'll make it again because it's so easy, so comfy and so perfect for casual wear.
