Jennifer, My son is nearing 23, as a time index. When he was in school, the girls were required to wear shorts under their dresses for playground activities. Matching shorts, maybe? Am I the only one who has noticed that wearing a dress or skirt in public definitely attracts attention nowadays? I mean, I'm old, but I'm not THAT old... or am I? :)

I used a dark green stretch velour, it looks great. My dd has broad shoulders, yet I didn't need a zipper either.
